Hope you all had a good chrismas & didn't over do it? I'll be doing my best this year to keep the site updated. (Do I say that every year?)
Anyway, thanks/well done to Ash who won the auction for the Steve Peat signed race top. You'll be glad to know that Wheelbase have recived the money & Steve asked me to pass his regards onto you! There maybe a few more bits & bobs of Steves up for auction in the coming weeks, so keep looking back for more info soon.
On the topic of Steve Peat I'm prodicting another good year for him, as he's layed of the Stella a fair bit this Christmas & has even been out training a bit!!
So January will see the Snow X up in Castelford on the 21st, have a look in our latest events section down on the left for more details. The line up looks good! I'll be making the short trip up with Rich Batey & Jordan Gould so I'll see you there? If you didn't get chance to get to the Wheelbase winter classic, then you missed some good racing with Rich Batey taking the win over, Page & Peat. Hit the link below for pictures & report!
Untill next time, Stay Lucky!

Less than an hour to go!
Right, here you go! Follow the link below & you could get your hands on a signed Steve Peat race jersey & do your bit to help with funding for the Wheelbase Indoor dream.
If you could see how much the overheads are on the place you'd know why every little helps.
As we've said before the project is not a comercial venture.

Just got off the phone to Paddy who tells me the track's not far away. I'll be off down there tonight to take a few snaps. I've also managed to blag the shirts off the back of Steve Peat & Dale Holmes. Why you may ask? Well these sighed shirts will be on ebay soon for you to buy. All profits will be given to Sheffield Dirt Society to help with the costs of running the place.
We'll bring more details on that in the next week or so... Write Comment (5 Comments) |
